BACKUP WEB:

        Open sharepoint power shell. and type the following  command on your power shell

Import-spweb <fullurl which u want to backup> -path <location>  

Restore web:

        Open sharepoint power shell. and type the following  command on your power shell

Export-spweb <fullurl where u want to restore> -path <location>
